very smooth and efficient 2 rounds getting to know the store and manager, strengths and weaknesses and then went on to discuss more behavioural and general questions overall good interview process and decent response time between the interviews

It was a very straight forward interview process. Questions related to personal motivation and past relevant customer service experience. Very professional and friendly, even at different levels of the role.
Very quick, couple of chats with manager and wider team. As long as you are keen to deliver excellent Customer service you will do great!!! Come prepared with questions to ask interviewers. Overall great experience
