short/brief 10 minute interview with department manager. He asked a couple of situational based questions, asked about previous employment, my availability and then got given job on the spot. Easy enough interview, really informal and around 10 minutes.

Name a time where you had to deal with conflict within a team and how did you resolve this, name a time where you lead a team, how would you handle expectations or targets/multitasking/prioritising workloads and how would you do this
Went in and discussed the role and what was expected from me, very formal and quick, over within 30 minutes with a job offer and rota expectations made there and then
Informal friendly informative, no silly questions just facts and driving licence etc. driving assessment once started. Hours flexible discussed at interview as well as option for extra hours. 30 mins job offer immediate
