Prevailing attitude of the people I spoke to was: what can you do for us? combined with a quite condescending view that it is the best place in the business and "of course you want to work here...." No actual information about what the firm does for its clients or how it wins its clients was offered.

Interview
The first round of the process was online with two senior MDs. Very friendly and conversational style but asked very direct question about skill, to be backed with tangible examples.
