Interviewer was a no-show. Called and emailed, no answer. Left after waiting for 30 mins. HR recruiter called afterwards to reschedule the interview for 2 days later, only to call back the next day to cancel the interview. It was a complete waste of my time and effort applying and preparing for the interview when the recruitment process is messy and they don’t respect candidates time.
