I applied online and was e-mailed for an interview within a few weeks. The interview was for a new position so the entire application process was relatively vague. The interview was a group/panel interview where I was asked several questions from different heads of various departments. No questions were completely unexpected. They wanted to know about my previous experience and what I could bring to this new position.
I participated in one phone interview with just one person and then in person interview was an all day process meeting with groups of related staff within the department who the role would be working with.
