I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Temple University (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2016
Interview
Submitted my resume via email to who ever needed a student worker. You have to apply through the owl network job searching portal. Once selected you will gave one phone interview with the manager. After that you will have an in person interview before getting an offer. The interview process was easy. They usually are looking for people that can fit their schedule along side with your school schedule.

Interview
Not bad, simple 10 minute conversations when I applied to various positions. Asked basic interview questions about my skills and work history and how I would contribute to the team. Communication was great, heard back very quickly.

Interview
Simple, they only asked a few questions. Most cause everything was done through online. They asked questions mostly about my availability because they had concerns, due to my full time student status, if I would ever be late or face other issues. I assured them, no need to worry
