They hire in cycles, so they may take a while to get back to you. They are responsive and attentive when its times to be. There should be more transparency about pay , and how to become a barista during the interview process but other than that, very nice and professional

Interview
Phone interview followed by an in-person interview. Phone interview was basic questions about past employment, while the in-person interview was more about your personality. After being accepted you have three days of training to learn the basics of coffee.

Interview
The interview process involved being interviewed by two managers within the company across two weeks. If you made it past those rounds, then you had to complete necessary training and pass a qualifying exam to be employed by the company. It's imperative that you study hard and express enthusiasm for succeeding in the specialty coffee industry.
