The reporting time was at 9:00 AM, with the written test scheduled for 10:00 AM. The initial round consisted of a written programming test, which included two questions with a time duration of about one hour. Despite the large number of applicants, the questions provided were relatively easy. Before the test began, the company gave a brief introduction about themselves, and one of the employees, a senior, explained all the details regarding the test, which helped set a positive tone and ease any initial tension. I had an extremely positive experience throughout the process. The test was conducted by four employees from the company. During the test, the employees assisted each applicant with great care, ensuring everyone had what they needed. They maintained a calm and supportive environment, without rushing anyone, even as the test time approached its end. Although I was not able to clear the test, the overall experience was still very positive. One thing that stood out to me was the rejection email I received. It provided clear feedback, which is something many companies often overlook. This was particularly helpful, as it spared me the uncertainty and stress of wondering about the outcome for an extended period. In contrast to some other companies that might not communicate clearly after a rejection, this company's approach was considerate and transparent. It reflected their professionalism and respect for all candidates, leaving a lasting positive impression on me.
