I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Technicolor (Bengaluru)
Interview
The overall recruitment process was quite elaborate involving several interviews, management & technical, and a take home programming test.
Everyone involved was quite polite and respectful of my time. The overall process took about a month and a half which worked due to the entire process being done virtually. I am not sure how well it would work if the same process is implemented on-site though I do not see a reason why the online interviews / tests cannot continue in the long term.
Could be even better if the timeframe could be reduced but that obviously depends on several factors.
