Interview
Phone call with one owner, FaceTime with another. Then a phone call with director of operations. Then helped out at two events before accepting the offer. The over the phone interviews were relatively vague on the job that they were hiring for. The on-site experience was amazing.

Interview
I was contacted by someone for whom I worked 20 years ago. We discussed the opportunity and I was interested. I was then interviewed by each of the company owners. I felt positive about the company and its products, and agreed to come aboard.
