In this round hr ask about tell me about yourself, why customer service is important, what qualities have for this role
2) operational round
Same questions as in 1st round and 2 min speak on the topic like women empowerment, importance of education, your hobbies
3) assessment test

Interview venue was very good and comfortable it self one thing the hr did to nervous the freshers is ,The have written the terms and condition in big letters in the white board,Any fresher can get disturb by that.And if you can manage that fear and answer their questions then you can definitely crack it.
