I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Team Cymru (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
The interview process was welcoming and supportive. The feedback provided was extremely helpful for identifying areas I need to study further. The questions were difficult, but enlightening. The team interviewing me were kind and respectful.

Interview
Worst interview process I've ever experienced, bar-none.
Over 3 weeks of conversations, 6 formal calls with a sales engineer and 6 different leaders, not to mention the in between conversations from the recruiter (based out of the UK.) Things were progressing very well and I was very encouraged that I would receive an offer. I had presented a 30/60/90 business plan to the President, CRO, Dir of Enterprise Sales and it was very well received. The CRO had even asked to meet me for lunch in the coming weeks in a city between where we both lived.
Final step was a panel "fellows" interview which I was told to get to know me and gauge my personality. Two new long-time employees were introduced, and both worked in the engineering/product architecture field. They had very little context of my prior conversations and contributions to the success of my role. I was asked aggressive off the wall questions, such as "tell me when you broke the rules, and why you did it." Another was so you've signed a non-disclosure before, right, I kind of hesitated in my answer and agreed, yes, isn't that typically standard new hire paperwork? Response-- "Oh so you just sign it you don't even read it?" ... this was the tone of this conversation.
Another example, "tell me about a deal you lost at your last company and what you could have done differently." I told a story of a long-fought deal that I lost and things I think I could have done differently. After the next day the recruiter called me to say the call did not go well and they would not be continuing the interview process. They refused to give much of any feedback to him but gave examples that I "lost a deal at my last company and was glad about it" ... what?!@?&
And that I was happy about the misfortunes of my last company.
I have never had an interview with strangers where I felt more sabotaged (for no reason) and much less after having highly qualified successful conversations with all members of the team associated with sales, GTM actions and revenue building. The silver lining is I would never work for a company that treats people like this and would allow people not associated with a sales team have overarching say of choices the hired sales leaders make about their own staff and strategies

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Team Cymru in Nov 2023
Interview
Had 3 interviews total. The first two went well, The third interview was supposed to be more of a cultural fit but it turned into a full blow interview and interrogation that was not what the job description entailed. After being contacted by a recruiter she mentioned that they were interviewing for another position as well and that might have been the confusion. They were not clear on what they wanted and the interviewers did not have the proper skills.
