You'll be taking an exam first before going to the interview. Their exam composed of english; grammar and pronunciation. There is also a typing test and some computer related questions. If you passed the test, they will give you a date for the interview. My experience with that is pretty terrible (more likely my fault), I was waiting for a call at the given date but it's already getting late at that time (around 10pm) so I thought the call was moved, I didn't expect them to call around 10pm so I got flustered and failed the interview. They will immediately tell you the problems you had during the interview.

it's a pretty chill interview. They asked me about my hobbies, my plans before the pandemic, and what I'm doing while in the pandemic. Since it's just a phone call, the conversation went smoothly and the interviewer also gave some pointers on how I could do better for the next interview.
