Sent in my resume. Did not receive a response until 6 months later. Interview was quick and did not seem like a great fit. I would rather work at Walmart.

Interview was straight forward. Asked about strengths & weaknesses, how do you handle an upset customer, tell a little about yourself, why are you a good fit for our company.

The interview process was fair. The questions were good, I felt heard and seen and understood. The conversation felt balanced and appropriate for the role I was applying for at the time.

The interview process is fairly standard I would say. There are basic questions and background details provided. They review the application and further inquire your ability to fit the needs of the store location and specific departments.

super casual, asked a few behavioral and hypothetical questions about my work environment. focused more so on specific scenarios that could happen at the workplace and how I would handle them

There were pre set questions sent to my email after submitting a resume and application which led to recorded interview without talking to anyone. Questions were about customer service and problem solving.
