Submitted interview online through recorded answers, I was able to record myself answering the interview questions. There was only 6 questions and I had 3 attempts for each. I also had the option to blur my face out.

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
