Online, pre recorded interview of about eight questions. They gave you three tries for each questions and 30 seconds to think of an answer. After that they contact you and go over your availability once more to make sure the hours line up with what they need

What was one time you overcame a disagreement at work?
Target’s hiring process typically starts with an online application, followed by a HireVue video interview as the preferred screening method. The overall process averages about 14 days from application to offer. 
Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
