Standard 3 round interview process. Was happy to meet with multiple managers. Interviewers encouraged the use of the STAR method. Had an opportunity to meet with the site manager and human resources team.

Took about two months (probably because winter break was added in between). Three interviews, one with the head recruiter, one with a DTL, and one with the human resources manager. All standard behavioral interview questions. 20-40 minute long interviews. Also did an online assessment. Looking for leadership, personality fit, and involvement in extracurricular activities.

Call interview for about 20 minutes followed up with video interview for about 30 minutes. Most of it was explaining the role, culture, responsibilities, and others. It was almost like a conversation.
