Interview
Saw Target at my college, applied within the school system. Was than called back for 2 group panel interviews. After that I had to have a DTL interview, district team leader. After that I was given the offer to intern as an ETL, executive team leader.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2024
Interview
It was fairly straightforward. I had a phone call with HR with screening questions then an actual interview with a store manager. All the questions were behavioral and situational and interviews were conducted online!

2 interviews, one with recruiter and another with STL. Both with Large scale questions, love to hear you’re team oriented and want to grow professionally within the company. Focused on your experience as a leader and your willingness to become a leader.

Name a difficult situation that you overcame with your leadership abilities
3 phone interviews for me, each one getting longer and longer and you touch base with your recruiter throughout the whole process. I would say it is a fairly average interview.
