Three official interviews all in the same day. One with T.L.(team leader), one with ETL(executive team leader), and one with Human Resources. I think that after you pass the interview with the ETL you basically have the job. They read questions from a sheet of paper (I believe they are predetermined based on your answers to the online questionnaire). Basic questions were, tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, weaknesses, name a time when your attitude turned a situation around.

I applied online and received a phone call a week later to come in for an interview. They told me to come in 5 minutes before my scheduled interview time so that I could fill out another questionnaire. This questionnaire consisted of simple math questions and some situational questions. I was then told to go to the break room and meet with my interviewers. Two team leaders took me into a conference room and asked me 4-5 easy situational questions, after I was done with them they led me in to the ETL's office for round 2 of the interview. The ETL asked me another round of easy questions and told me to wait for the HR manager. The HR manager came in and let me know that I was being offered a full-time position at $9.00 an hour plus a $1.00 shift differential for a total of $10.00 an hour. I then had to go get a drug test done. Once the background test and drug test come back then you will have to go to orientation. Overall, it was a fairly easy and painless interview process. Also, the pay was higher than I expected.
