Interview
I have only completed my first phone interview. They asked me why I wanted to work for Target as well as what interested me about this position. They asked me what my greatest strength and my biggest weakness was. I was told at the end of our conversation that I have another phone interview. As well as the online assessments. I am not sure what steps will be taken after the second phone interview.
It consisted of a phone screen with HR followed by 30-minute virtual interviews with three others. Overall, the process was pretty smooth. I was surprised there was no in-person portion.

First-round: HR phone screening focused on sharing background information and interest in role
Second-round: Interview with hiring manager to discuss team structure, role responsibilities, and firm culture in greater detail
Third-round: Technical assessment and multiple behavioral interviews with team members

Interview
had the first interview but I know there were three steps in total. When I got scheduled for the next round it was the technical interview with a panel of three team members from their IT department. I did not move on to the final and third round interview.
