I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tanium (Morrisville, NC) in Dec 2019
Interview
Intensive and long interview process, but I felt like it was very substantive and worthwhile. Talking to existing employees together with the interview process itself gave me confidence that Tanium truly does recruit top talent, and employees truly believe in the mission of the company and love the work they do. Interviews in every case and at every level were very conversational--I felt like interviewers were interested in my personality as much as my qualifications, and I was able to get a sense of the personalities and culture on my end as well. The whole process was on the long side in my case, mostly because of schedule conflicts in the middle, and mostly due to holidays and Tanium's user conference.
