Interview
I had a phone interview with a recruiter and was then scheduled for an interview at the office. I met with two people. The first person I met with was very nice, and we had a basic discussion about my experience. The second person I met with was rude and seemed like she didn't like me (it almost felt like I'd done something to offend her) as soon as she walked in the room. About 5 minutes into the interview, it was clear that she didn't want to talk to me and was definitely not planning on considering me for the position, regardless of my answers.

Feels like management might not have fully decided who is the right person for the job, so their input post interview was confusing and not coherent. Other than that, interviewers were nice and the overall process was ok.

O processo começou ótimo, passei por duas entrevistas que tive feedback positivos, Porém demonstraram interesse em prosseguir e após algumas semanas sem resposta, mandaram um e-mail padrão que não seguiria mais com candidato do processo

Interview
Several rounds of interview but I did only 3 rounds - 1.HR, 2. Hiring Manager, 3. Product Lead. The process goes fairly quickly and I would describe it as impossible to satisfy. They are looking for the unicorn.

Question 1
Hiring Manager was quite ok, asked about my current experience, How I handle relationship with publishers, why I want to change my job and why Taboola. Second interview was with the product guy which I failed because he wanted an answer that suited him without listening to what I was saying. I explained how I worked with product at my current role but that just wasn't enough apparently. Ridiculous like you can't adjust to Taboola even though it's not a rocket science. They are not hiring for the attitude and skills, they are hiring for a unicorn position. 6 months and still they can't find the right candidate. Waste of my time honestly.
