I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TYLin in Dec 2009
Interview
This is for an engineering position with the firm in California. Phone interviewed with two managers. First started with a brief overview of what is expected out of this position from the interviewers. Then a few questions regarding my previous work experience and education. Lastly, they asked me if I had any other questions for them. Interview went smooth, no surprising questions were asked.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TYLin (San Diego, CA) in Dec 2008
Interview
The interview process was quite standard. The position was not really established, so it was basically talking about future opportunities and possibilities for working on projects when the company wins future work. The office culture seemed to be typical for an engineering company. The interview was kept to a phone interview since there was no current position to be filled at the time.
