Interview was pretty quick and nothing like what I have had in the past. Its about 5 questions about previous experience. 5 questions about computer skills. And about 10 critical thinking questions.

Interview
Interview process was super straightforward. Representative asked questions regarding time management and communication skills. Asked about time flexibility because shifts can change whenever. Overall very easy and comfortable experience with Teleperformance interviewer.
Very short, went to an information session that lasted for about 45 minutes. Emailed the host, which was a recruiter. Within a day or two after reviewing my application, I received an invite to interview.
