After applying online I received an email invite for a virtual interview with a recruiter. He showed up on time. Right away the recruiter started talking to someone offscreen, but he apologized saying he was working from home and his girlfriend was also home. Not a big deal except this continued to happen throughout the entire interview process where he would glance offscreen and seemingly notion to his girlfriend. This was extremely distracting to me when I was trying to answer questions. After the interview I asked a few questions about the company. The recruited said he was new to the company, only their for about 7 months at the time, but he didn't really seem to know much about the job or much about the company even. The interview ended saying I should hear back within about 2 business days to set up the next interview. Even after following up I never heard back.
