First was telephonic Interview. (From HR in Quebec) Second Was a coffee chat kind of an interview. Final one was with two managers, virtual. One was a local manager other was from another province, both has been into the offered position for a few years.

Question 1
Asked me to sell phone and internet plans to a random/unqualified person. I asked them, are all the lead qualified or just random generated. That was I believe the reason for not getting the offer. Just call random 40+ people and ask them if they wanted services from Telus. Dint wanted to be a part of the team with an already high employee turnover, with sales pressure.

Interview
Informal, easy interview in person. Asked for my experience very conversational. Met in person - overall good experience, didn't ask super strict scenario based questions, mostly wanted to get to know me to see if id be a good fit.
first round is a coffee chat, second is with the hiring manager, third is with the sales director (in person). ghosting is key to Telus.
told to prepare a presentation to sell to a restaurant client, but in the interview -asked to do a sales cold call, presentation was wasted.
