I applied online and the recruiter got in touch with me within one day.She set up a phone screen and after the initial questions of my experience and how would I commute and sorts she told me that I'd be speaking with the Hiring Manager in the second round. The second round was terrible.Firstly,since the interviewer was on speaker,I couldn't hear what he was speaking and hence it was really hard for me to understand.Secondly, the job description clearly stated networking experience which I had in my previous job and I told him the same that I am inclined towards IT/Networking when he asked what are my interests and yet he he told me this job isn't exactly what I'm looking for.Now ,why would I apply if my qualifications didn't match the job description?He couldn't even explain to me the day to day responsibilities of the position.Overall,it wasn't such a great experience.
