From my understanding of what was told to me over the phone I would be interviewing for a Help Desk position for a regional telecommunications company. The pay was stated at $25/hour. Upon actually going through the interview with the TekSystems recruiter I was informed that I was not being interviewed for said position instead it was a breath 5 minute conversation about my work experience. THEN based upon that experience they would find a job that best fit my skills.
Interview process is was pretty straightforward. Was easy to connect with the interviewers and get he questions weren’t to hard and I was able to ask a couple questions at the end.

Honestly it was great. Nice people. Good energy. Very intentive and helpful. Everyone answered all my questions and made sure I had a full understanding of the position. Best interview I’ve had in a long time

It was over the phone and it was a nice conversation about myself and my work experience. They seemed to be interested in me, but I wasn’t fit for the position I applied to. They did offer me another position in which I had to do another interview for.
