Very informal chat. Two people interviewed me over Zoom. Had questions for me about my resume, involvement at school, my career interests, and how they aligned with the summer internship. Also asked about past pitches I had done.

All fit. Just sit down and talk about your background, your experience, what you wanted to do with your life, what motivates you, what drives you. Just be... genuine. They're looking for smart people and a good fit. If you're personable they will take you. It's incredibly competitive process, so it's hard to stand out, but really just focus on being yourself and they will like you.
