Submitted resume on company careers website. Received email from HR about scheduling interview. 4x interviews. 1x with HR. 1x with teammate. 1x with Hiring Manager. 1x with Hiring Manager's Boss. Typically 1x interview a week.

Interview
I went through approximately 8 interviews and was told I needed to speak to one more person, who would be my peer, and this took approximately 9 weeks. I was prepared for my final interview and was completely ghosted from the company. I received a general email from HR two months later that I wasn't being considered for the position.
I can’t think of a worse interview experience that I’ve had with a company. Very uncoordinated and definitely not respectful of people’s time. Can’t imagine what it’s like once your actually working there. Bullet: dodged.
