I was called by a person from the HR department. We had a brief conversation on the phone. I received a follow-up email for the online interview. The online interview was a pleasant experience. The questions asked were on point and they covered subjects such as previous work experience, abilities, hobbies, expectations etc. The next step was a test tailored for the Content writer position. Together with the test I took a personality test. The final stage of the recruiting process was a face to face interview at the company's headquarters. The conversation was relaxed and pleasant and I really appreciated the overall atmosphere.
