It was a 3 stage interview: 1st with the external HR department where you had the chance to understand which role based on your profile and skills could be a better fit. After that, I had a meeting or interview with the Director of CoE (Center of Excellence) where I could know more about the responsibilities, what they are looking for and the company work culture. The last interview was technical with one of the current SREs engineers and the Director Manger to show them about your previous experience and knowledge.
