Connected to the company through a third-party recruiter and had a call with one of their lead front-end developers soon after that.
It was a fantastic call where I felt I was being adequately screened, but also felt the passion for the work coming from the interviewer.
The virtual onsite was also a great experience, with a two-part CoderPad assessment focused on actual front-end work (no irrelevant leetcode puzzles), and then some smaller rounds focused around culture fit and product thinking.
I turned down the offer because I had some other opportunities underway that I wanted to see through, but I was super impressed with Super League and all of the engineers I met.
