After two phone interviews, I was asked to come in to meet a manager. The manager and I briefly talked about things mostly unrelated to work. I received a call offering me the job later that day.

Interview
Spoke with Juan very nice guy. Chill and just asked very standard questions. Asked me about my experience and how I would be suited to the new position. I was referred by a family friend just fyi.
1. 30 minute phone interview
2. 90 minute multi stage on-site interview consisted of speaking with supervisors, and observation of daily tasks on the floor with a senior representative, followed by scripted role play.
