Two days after application I received a link with a Codility challenge. There were two tasks to complete, mostly checking algorithmic and math skills. One of which I completed and started but not finished another. Results were available immediately, one solution passed tests, another did not. Next day I received an email that my code was not strong enough for their immediate hiring needs. I did not get to speak with anyone, my solutions were probably reviewed by a recruiter.
