I submitted a resume through their website and was selected for a group interview. During the group interview, I had to give a mock lesson to my peers. I then got a final interview with a principal of a school to see if I was a good fit.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
