A recruiter found my resume on Monster. The interview process is a 4-5 stage process. First is a phone interview with recruiter. Then phone interview with a HR rep at Stryker. Third is a personality 'interview' administered by another compnay for Stryker. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally, there is an on-site interview with several team members. With my experience, I made it to the phone interview with the hiring manager. Never went to the facility. Advice: they like people who put themselves first. They prefer answers in the personality portion to reflect looking out for oneself over the team.
