I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter who was great. It was followed by a video interview with a regional manager. The regional manager asked me highly inappropriate and personal questions. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and condescending. I was shocked at how unprofessional this interview was and knew this was not the type of person that I would want to work for or with. It was obvious that the manager was judging me because I am a female and because my past jobs were not in the medical field. I was disappointed but also happy that I learned the true colors of the culture ahead of time.

Some of the video interview questions included:

-Do you consider yourself intimidating?
-What personal goals have you achieved during the pandemic?
-Why haven't you found a job yet?
-What other questions do you have for me? After asking multiple questions about the sales, products, and business goals I asked about the culture. It was followed up with complete silence and then "Really?? Is that the last question you're going to ask me in a sales interview??" So I apologized and asked another business question but was very disappointed with the response I received.
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
