Interview
Three main rounds- first round was short and behavioral, common q's like Why Stryker, etc. Second round is Gallup interview which is rapid fire questions relating to personality and talents, and was about an hour long. Third round (virtual for me) onsite interview- I'm still in the process so not sure

Q: Why Stryker?
Q: Tell me about a time you had a group conflict
It was a position for machine vision. 3 persons were present. Some general questions related to my experiences. Most of the technical questions were related to deep learning: training models, loss functions, over-fitting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Freiburg im Breisgau) in Oct 2025
Interview
After applying through online, I got an invitation for phone interview. Basic General HR questions were asked. Then within 5 mins after the interview, got an invitation for the technical interview round. I was not shortlisted.
Way too long, i did the personality test. then 3 follow up interviews following that. All of which to not get the position. On that end, most positions they post are not even active.

The STAR method was asked more than once. They wanted to know times when adversity was high and how I responded.
