I applied through university. I interviewed at Stryker in Sep 2018
Interview
The interviewer had a sheet with questions that were asked very quickly and then there was no feedback given or specific follow up questions. Very behavioral and situational. There weren’t as many technical questions as I expected.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Would you rather lead a high performing team or be a member of a high performing team?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Amsterdam) in Jun 2025
Interview
1. online application 2. HR screening 3. Teams meeting with a team lead 4. Gallup assessment 5. Teams meeting with a department head and a team member
It went smoothly for the most part, especially because they employ a bot to schedule calls. However, I had been ghosted for more than a month after the last round of the interview, after multiple follow-up emails and calls to the HR personnel. I withdrew my application at the one-month mark, but they also do not react to it at all. They are responsive until you are not chosen.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Stryker
Interview
Long process with 4 different interviews consisting of meeting 3 different managers over 3 different locations, FL, AZ, Mexico. First interview with corporate recruiter unrelated to any of the job functions/sites. Second with hiring manager. Third with a secondary manager tied to the project the hire would be working on, but at a secondary offsite location.
