Interview
Had an initial phone screen with HR which went well and was asked to come in to interview with hiring team. Met with 4 finance managers and those interviews also went well. Was called by HR and asked 10-15 Gallup personality questions, and was asked to come in the following week for an interview with 2 more senior employees and a VP of HR. A few days before this 2nd on-site interview I had a 45 minute call with someone from Gallup to take a full personality test. Somehow with the same answers I provided to HR and the 4 finance managers I failed and my 2nd on-site interview was canceled. They want a certain type of employee and weigh a lot on the Gallup test. Even if the team you would be working for thinks you're a good fit, you're out the door if the interviewer from the Gallup firm tells them otherwise.

It went smoothly for the most part, especially because they employ a bot to schedule calls. However, I had been ghosted for more than a month after the last round of the interview, after multiple follow-up emails and calls to the HR personnel. I withdrew my application at the one-month mark, but they also do not react to it at all. They are responsive until you are not chosen.

Long process with 4 different interviews consisting of meeting 3 different managers over 3 different locations, FL, AZ, Mexico. First interview with corporate recruiter unrelated to any of the job functions/sites. Second with hiring manager. Third with a secondary manager tied to the project the hire would be working on, but at a secondary offsite location.

Applied online via workday and received an email requesting a screening phone call with an internal recruiter then steps as follows:
30 minute screening with recruiter
45 minute interview with hiring manager within a couple weeks
Gallup strength assessment (online)
Final round interviews: Four back to back 30 minute interviews via teams
