I applied through the Stryker website, and the process started with a phone screening with the recruiter. Next was a 1-hour personality evaluation with Gallup. After this, I was scheduled for four back to back 30 minutes interview sessions with the hiring team. I had cleared out my calendar, only to have three out of the four interviews canceled last minute without any explanation until hours after. Finally, the recruiter replied that something had come up for the team, and could not attend the interviews. I waited for the interviews to be rescheduled until I got an email three days after that they were pursuing other candidates. I found that very unprofessional, as they were still accepting applications for the role. And I got no explanation for what happened.

That phone interview was the most difficult as the questions were rapid fire and you could not elaborate on your answers.
