I had a three-week interview process: two separate in-person interviews, each with two prospective team members, with about a week in between. After waiting to hear back for another week, I was finally told that I was overqualified for the position and they could not offer me a role that met my salary requirements. The interviews were great, and everyone that I met was lovely (they would've been wonderful teammates, I'm sure) but the process on the whole -- especially considering they had asked for salary requirements in the application -- was not respectful of my time.
