Two zoom interviews followed by an in person interview. Process went really smoothly, seemed to be a good fit, they were even sharing some plans for how they wanted to tailor the role for each. And then after 3 rounds they completely ghosted, not even a quick rejection email. Total shift from how hard they were working to come off as friendly and nice
