4 round da 1 ora con i classici casi studio. Molto tempestivi nei feedback. Processo in generale molto positivo. Non ho ricevuto l'offerta perché erano in hiring freeze al momento del colloquio.

Stima il traffico giornaliero dell'aeroporto di Malpensa?
Stima il numero di studenti in Italia (dalle elementari al liceo) e calcola quanta energia elettrica potrebbe essere prodotta installando pannelli fotovoltaici sui tetti di tutte le scuole. Quanto costerebbe l'investimento? Che percentuale coprirebbe della domanda elettrica?

Interview
Entre 3 y 4 entrevistas con managers/senior managers y 1 socio. Mucho foco en casos prácticos. Quizá demasiado hincapié en hard skills y muy poco en aspectos personales/fit, valores y cultura empresarial
Had two rounds of three interviews each, back to back, over two weeks. The first round with managers (one with a SA) and the second with partners at the firm. The process was well managed. The interview consisted of a regular case interview pattern - prompt, analysis recommendation. Nothing unusual.
