I recently applied for a Chief Architect position advertised by Storio Group. The role requirements aligned perfectly with my background and qualifications - I currently work as a Chief Architect.
It's been two months since I submitted my application, and I've received absolutely no communication from the company. Not even a confirmation email acknowledging that they received my application.
This kind of silent treatment makes me question whether the position was genuinely available or if it was posted as a formality when they already had someone specific in mind for the role.
It's disappointing to see companies post jobs, collect applications from qualified professionals, and then completely ignore them. This practice wastes candidates' time and creates unnecessary frustration in the job market.
Advice to Management: Please implement a more respectful recruitment process. Even a simple automated response would be better than leaving candidates wondering about their application status. Transparency in your hiring process would greatly improve your reputation among potential employees.
