Interview
Really friendly HR and employees, included several interviews over a short period of time. The first of which was a phone call with HR, motivational-based predominantly. The second was a call with the two head of departments, again based on motivational questions plus technical questions.
Below in interview questions. Chill and relaxed but they look for behaviorals and culture fit as their number one target. My interview was over zoom but I had the option to do either.
