I was first interviewed over the phone by a very pleasant recruiter, Vanessa Williams. We went over my background and covered experience that was not included on my resume and she was sure I was a good fit and referred me to the on-site management. Next, they called me in for an interview and further probed into my background and then took me on a tour of the Warehouse. They told me what the most common pitfalls were and I assured them they would not be a problem for me. They then told me they had other interviews and would let me know if a few days. They called the next day and offered me the position.
