TL;DR: friendly people, bad process - NINE weeks to no offer Interview process was VERY long and opaque, with lengthy delays and poor communication at every step (seems to be a theme here). Had about seven interviews across nine weeks, with myself having to do nearly all the follow-up and check-ins at every step, then finding out that the initially offered job may not have *actually* existed, but that a different one *might* be available IF the project was won. After finding this out, I then had ANOTHER interview with yet another hiring manager, and it came down to a determination between myself and another potential employee that was not made for nearly two weeks, again with essentially no communication. Everyone within the organization was very kind and had "good talk", but the slowness, disorganization, and lack of diligence of any kind makes me feel like I may have dodged a bullet in this instance. Don't ignore the other interview reviews on this site. This company has serious issues with its hiring process that it needs to clean up.
