I first attended a dinner that was a screening for potential candidates. From there I had an on-site behavioral interview. The questions were easy, nothing technical. Just be prepared to discuss a project have completed in the past. However, I was never contacted after the interview. I contacted State Farm well after I was supposed to hear back from them and found out that I was put on a waiting list. The whole process was very smooth except that I was never contacted after my interview. Also, it is not uncommon to be put on a waiting list for an IT Internship at State Farm.

There was a written test and a panel interview. The interview consisted of an interview with the hiring manager, then HR, and a group of peers that asked job-specific questions. At the conclusion, I was allowed to ask any questions I felt I had.

Interview
First interview was over the phone with an HR recruiter. Typical background information check to make check for salary expectations and culture fit.
Second and final interview was conducted via a panel of 4 individuals - 2 managers, 1 analyst and 1 archicect. They were checking high technology competency , culture fit and work experience and culture fit. They had a list of standard questions that they were asking "all candidates" and would make a decision based on the results of the interview.
